What is an eBook?
An eBook is the digital media equivalent of a conventional printed book. Such documents are either read on personal computers, laptop screens or on dedicated hardware devices know as e-Book devices or e-Book readers. Such documents can be read on your computer or printed out if you want a hard copy. It is not a printed hard copy like you would buy from a book store. Ebooks are available in many formats with the most popular being Adobe PDF, eBook Reader or HTML.
Do I need any special software to read an eBook?
Most eBooks can be read using the default software of your computer. For eBooks in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from www.adobe.com. Ebooks in Word format will require Microsoft Word. Many eBooks come in exe format which can be read on any PC.
You will also need extracting software such as Winzip (www.winzip.com) to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in.

How will I receive my eBook?
Delivery is Free. By Digital Delivery only: This is a digital item. The eBook will be available via INSTANT DOWNLOAD upon payment receipt and confirmation via PayPal. Click on the Return to Merchant Button to see your confirmation. You will receive an email with instructions and a link to download your eBook immediately. **Depending on what OS your computer has you may receive a message that says (This file is not shareable) if you receive this message simply click on the button below this message that says (click shared file). **Should you encounter any issues, please contact us directly and we will email you the eBook within 24 hours. Which methods of payment do you accept?
The following payment types are accepted through PayPal. Go to www.paypal.com to get a FREE PayPal account if you do not have one.
I cannot download my purchase! What shall I do?
